1. Registration and Enrollment:

• Enrollment in CampCEOS Summer STEM Camp is confirmed upon completion of registration and payment of the required fees.
• Registration is open to children aged 10 to 17 years old.

2. Camp Fees:

• Camp fees cover the cost of program activities, materials, lunch meals, snacks, and supervision.
• Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged with CampCEOS.

3. Camp Schedule and Activities:

• CampCEOS reserves the right to modify the camp schedule and activities as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or operational needs.
• Parents and guardians will be notified in advance of any significant changes to the camp schedule.

4. Code of Conduct:

• Campers are expected to adhere to the CampCEOS code of conduct, which promotes respect for fellow campers, staff, and camp property.
• Disruptive behavior may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the camp program without refund. To learn more, please visit our Rules and Regulations section.

5. Health and Safety:

• CampCEOS prioritizes the health and safety of all campers and staff.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate health information and emergency contact details for their child.
• Campers must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by CampCEOS staff during camp activities.

6. Liability Waiver:

• Parents/guardians must sign a liability waiver releasing CampCEOS from liability for any injuries or accidents that may occur during camp activities, except in cases of negligence.

7. Photography and Media Release:

• CampCEOS may photograph or record camp activities for promotional purposes.
• Parents/guardians consent to the use of their child’s likeness in camp-related promotional materials unless otherwise indicated in writing.

8. Refund Policy:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to CampCEOS at least 14 days prior to the start of the camp session.
• Refunds may be subject to administrative fees (25% of the entire fee) and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Cancellation Policy:

• CampCEOS reserves the right to cancel camp sessions due to low enrollment, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of camp cancellation, registered participants will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

10. Drop Off/ Pick Up

• Camp begins promptly at 9 am and ends at 3pm each day.
• Parents are able to drop their child off beginning at 8 am and may pick up their child no later than 4pm.
• If a parent is unable to pick up their child within this time frame, the parent will be charged $20 per half hour until the parent arrives.
