What's included in the tuition?

How long does each program last?
- Each Inventors Session at CampCEOS lasts for a duration of 3 weeks. Inventors Session 1 runs from June 10th to July 3rd, while Inventors Session 2 runs from July 8th to July 26th.
- Modified sessions are available, allowing students to participate in either the first week of the session or the first two weeks. However, entry during the third week is not permitted.
- Students who opt for modified sessions will engage in weekly projects but will not have the opportunity to participate in final projects or compete for the angel seeding opportunity.
What are the hours of the program?
Camp begins promptly at 9 AM and ends at 3 PM each day Monday to Friday. Parents can drop their child off beginning at 8 AM and may pick up their child no later than 4 PM. If a parent is unable to pick up their child within this time frame, the parent will be charged $20 per half hour until the parent arrives. Please call (626) 601-5097 if you will be late, and we will notify the appropriate staff member and take care of your child until then. You and your kid's safety is our main priority.
Are their discounts available?
If you bring in 4 full-paying campers for the Inventors Session and your child is also enrolled in a full Inventors Session, your child will receive a discount of $1,000 (1 week of tuition).

Recognizing the financial challenges families face, we are delighted to offer a 20% discount for the 2nd child and a 35% discount for the 3rd child enrolled from the same family in CampCEOS. This makes it more affordable for parents with multiple children, as we aim to support your children's educational journey while easing the financial burden on families.In addition, if you refer a total of 4 campers to CampCEOS, we will add an
additional 10% discount off the first camper's tuition.
For discounts, please enroll at the regular price first via CampCEOS website. After, bring the receipts, and documentation to campus during office hours and we will be more than happy to provide the discounts back to you!

How can my child win one of these newest VR Headsets?
Eligibility: CampCEOS campers who have paid the full session fee of Invention Session or Modified Session and are in good standing are eligible to participate.
Entry Method: The first 50 eligible campers are automatically entered into the drawing upon meeting the eligibility criteria.
Entry Period: The entry period begins on June 15th and ends on July 25th.
Prize Description: The latest VR Glasses, featuring cutting-edge technology and immersive functions. There will be at least 5 winners.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted by CampCEOS staff.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Please note that if the camp does not reach a minimum of 50 enrolled campers, this contest will be automatically void. We encourage all campers to spread the word and ensure the success of the program for everyone involved.
Winner Verification: Winners will be notified on campus on the last day of each Inventors Session and must provide verification of their eligibility, including proof of payment and good standing with CampCEOS at that time.
Taxes and Fees: Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with accepting the prize.
Release of Liability: By participating in the drawing, participants agree to release CampCEOS from any liability for losses, damages, or injuries arising from their participation in the drawing.
Governing Law: This drawing is governed by the laws of the state of California.
Modification or Cancellation: CampCEOS reserves the right to modify or cancel the drawing at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.
How to become a winner of the $10,000 seed money
In addition to mastering the latest industry VR, AI, 3D-Printing, and Digital Music technology, the CampCEOS Angel Foundation may select 2 winning teams from the outstanding and creative kids attending our STEM Innovation Summer Campers each year. The winning team should have a great idea, a marketable product, and easily be commercialized. The selected teams will receive $10,000 per team as startup seed money and CampCEOS angel foundation staff will help guide the company to be a success!
What safety measures are in place at the camp?
- The campus is located in a safe secured gated location with an onsite security guard during operation hours.
- Staff responsible for supervising the children during drop-off and pick-up are trustworthy, trained, and attentive to safety protocols.
- CampCEOS administrators are First Aid and CPR trained.
Will food be provided at CampCEOS?
Yes, at CampCEOS, we prioritize the well-being of our campers, including their nutrition. We provide quality, nutritious food to ensure campers have the energy and focus they need for their activities. Our meals are carefully selected to offer great nutritional value, avoiding low-quality options. In addition, friuts such as bananas, apples, oranges and other fruits will always be ready for the campers when they get hungry. We believe in nurturing the mind, body, and soul in unison to foster success in every camper.
Can students with special dietary requirements be accommodated?
Students with special dietary needs or allergies should inform the camp administration in advance and always notify the teacher when having lunch and snack time. While delicious lunch and friuts such as bananas, apples, oranges, and others will be provided, campers have the option to bring their own food without a discount on the camp fee.
What is the educational background of the instructors?
All of Camp CEOs instructors have a Ph.D. degree, if not a Master's degree, or are subject matter experts in their field from well-regarded universities.
How can parents stay updated on their child's progress during the camp?
Camp CEOs programs are meant for enrichment, and therefore, are not graded nor do students earn credit; however, teachers will be tracking your child’s progress each day in order to provide appropriate support. At the end of each week, your child will receive a marking of Excellent,
Satisfactory or Not Meeting Expectations. If you would like to know your child’s weekly progress, please call the main office.
Is transportation provided to and from the camp?
- CampCEOS does not offer transportation.
- CampCEOS offers ample parking and a secure location for picking up and dropping off Campers. Please enter from the Highland Ave entrance for easy access. For safety reasons, we kindly advise against parking on Central Ave .
- Goldline or A line Light Rail System - The camp location is in Duarte next to Arcadia, Monrovia, and Azusa. The Goldline Station is just a short 10-minute walk away, providing convenient public transportation options for campers and their families.
What happens if my child needs to withdraw from the camp?
If a camper needs to withdraw from camp once their session has begun, Camp CEOs will not be able to provide any refund due to our inability to fill the seat. The only exception is if an
immediate family member passes away. A pro-rated refund will be based on the number of days the camper attended.
